Clearly Besotted Summer

Hi all and welcome to another week of the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

This week's challenge theme is Summer!

We are featuring products from Clearly Besotted.  You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see what you make! As always just for entering you will be eligible for the the drawing of a $25 voucher to the Simon store!
Using the Front to Back Line up stamp set from Clearly Besotted, I created a fun window scene that shows the back of our pups and on the inside the front! I just love this stamp set! It has kitties too!
I created this card by die cutting a rectangle out of an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. Using the same rectangle die, I cut out a rectangle to create a stencil for the inside of my card. I then ink blended the inside of the card using distress inks. I wanted the front to mirror the inside of my card.
I then stamped the front and backs of the doggies using copic friendly black ink and colored them with copic markers. I made sure that I colored the fronts of the doggies to match the backs of them. Sorry if that is confusing! I then fussy cut them out and adhered the fronts of the doggies to the inside scene and added a stitched circle die for the sun.
I then glued a piece of acetate to the rectangle window and added a stitched die cut border around it. I glued the backs of the doggies to the front of the card as well as some clouds and the sentiment embossed in white on black cardstock. I also stamped a sentiment on the inside of the card.

I hope you enjoyed the project I have made for you today and got some inspiration! I have listed all the supplies I have used below for your convenience. Thank you for stopping by!!
