Simon Says Stamp Holiday Sparkle Blog Hop Day 1

I am sooo excited to be part of the Simon Says Stamp Holiday Sparkle Blog hop! I hope you find tons of inspiration while you are hopping along! If you want to see the whole release just click HERE!

I have made a sparkly shaker card for this hop. I think shaker cards are so fun to make and so fun to receive!
I began with an A2 size card base made from smooth white cardstock. I then ink blended the front of the card using distress oxide inks. I then die cut the Sparkling Snowflake Frame die from more white cardstock. I used a piece of acetate to cover the back of the frame die with some liquid adhesive. I then used foam adhesive to pop up the frame to create a space between the card base for the shaker elements. I then added a sparkly small sequins to the card base. I then adhered the snowflake frame over the card base with foam strips trapping in all the sequins.
I then die cut the sentiment Joyful from the Holiday Stack die set out of the gorgeous Luxe Glitter cardstock and added to a white strip of paper with foam adhesive for extra dimension. I also cut small circles with a hole punch from the same glitter cardstock to add additional sparkle to the snowflakes.
I created a little video so you could see the shaker in action!👆
