There is a fun and inspiring Instagram hop going on to celebrate the new Simon Says Stamp Dream Big release. I made an uplifting card for the hop today using the beautiful floral dies and stamps from the new release.
To make this card I began with an A2 size card base using smooth white cardstock. I then trimmed down another piece of white cardstock to make a panel that would leave a bit of a white border. I then stamped the leaf background using white pigment ink and embossed it using white embossing powder to get a bright white shiny finish. I then ink blended the panel with distress oxide inks. I then stamped the entire panel using a scripty background stamp in a coordinating color. I then took the panel and die cut a circle to frame the floral dies. I die cut the floral dies from more white card stock and used the same oxide inks to add color to the flowers. Using foam adhesive I arranged them inside the circle. I popped the whole panel up using foam squares for a bit of dimension. I finished the card with some pre-printed sentiments.
