I made this card using a top folding A2 size card base out of smooth white card stock. I then cut a panel about a 1/4 inch smaller on each side to leave a white border. I then ink blended clouds using a stencil and distress oxides. I die cut the bird out of a heavier weight card stock about 3 times and glued them together for thickness. I then die cut the bird one more time and used the coordinating stencil to color in the bird and adhered the previous die cut birds on top. I hope that made scense!! The sparkles is stickles glitter gel I added to the colored part of the bird. I then die cut my sentiment out of more heavy weight card 3 times and once out of gold card stock and layered them all together with the gold layer on top. I also die cut a frame from white card stock 3 times to pull the card together!
I hope you got some inspiration and some information about this disease.
